Unmarried Young Couple

It is very common these days for couples to live together before they get married. However, it is important to remember that if one of you dies prematurely, the other is not entitled to inherit anything at all under intestacy laws. It does not matter how long you have been together, intestacy law does not provide for unmarried couples. It is likely to cause you financial hardship if your partner died and you didn't inherit anything at all. It is therefore vital that valid Wills are written to financially protect each other.

Please contact Eleanor Betts at Think Wills & Probate Limited to arrange a free, no obligation meeting on 0121 633 0975 or 07717 862705.
